Drug Stock Management
Drug stock is a clinic's largest cost after doctor fees and the easiest place to leak. APSX stock is tied directly to prescriptions in the OPD card: dispense and it is deducted, with lot, expiry and unit cost, at no extra charge.
- System balance matches reality because deductions come from prescriptions
- Know the drug cost of every treatment
- Fewer expired drugs thanks to advance alerts and FEFO dispensing
- Reorder on time with low-stock reports
