What is APSX Platform?

A cloud system for clinics and healthcare businesses covering queues, appointments, OPD records, pharmacy, stock, receipts, tax invoices and reports, plus CRM, marketing and AI chat replies. It works on any device over the internet and suits every type of clinic, hospitals, spas, wellness centers and senior care centers.

What is a cloud system?

Cloud Computing is the use of software, systems, and computer resources provided by service providers via the internet. Therefore, there is no need to install any programs, and it can be used on any device with a web browser installed. Typically, user data is stored on large server networks that are monitored 24/7 and have high security, reducing the risk of data loss due to computer failure or virus attacks.

Can the system be used on Macbook, iMac, Notebook, PC, and Linux operating systems?

The system can work with Macbook, iMac, Notebook, PC, and Linux operating systems. Simply install Google Chrome on your device, and you can use it.

How can I update the system to use new functions? Do I need to install additional programs?

Whenever new functions are updated, the system will automatically update them. Users can start using these new functions immediately without any time or cost. The list of new function updates will be displayed on the system's main screen.

If I have questions about using the program, where can I ask?

You can ask additional questions about usage via LINE: @apsth or watch usage tutorial videos.

Is there training for using the program?

APSTH provides one training session for your clinic via remote access. If additional training is needed, please contact us to schedule an appointment with the team at no additional cost. If you require on-site training at the clinic, the clinic will need to cover travel and accommodation expenses for multi-day training.

How long does it take to set up APSX Platform?

Not long. Once payment is confirmed and your clinic details are sent to our staff, the system is ready within 20 minutes.

Can I move data from my old software?

Yes. We import your existing data for free — customers, products, drugs, services and remaining course balances — from your old software or Excel files.

Does it work for multiple branches?

Yes. The head branch sees combined reports, transfers stock between branches, uses a central warehouse and sets staff permissions per branch. Customers can use their courses across branches in the same group.

How secure is patient data?

Data is stored on AWS Cloud with automatic backups, role-based access, optional passkey two-step sign-in, usage logs and PDPA consent records.

How is AI Credit charged?

AI features such as AI-drafted chat replies and comment replies use AI Credit, bought as add-on packages. Credit is deducted by actual usage and the balance is shown in the system. You choose whether AI drafts replies for staff to send or replies automatically.

Can it connect to LINE, Facebook and Instagram?

Yes, through the CRM 360° add-on: LINE / Messenger / Instagram chats in one inbox, targeted messages to customer segments, Facebook / Instagram ad results compared with real revenue, and AI comment replies (BETA).
