Filter waiting · tick several · print from the bottom bar

Why
Labels are created automatically when an invoice with drugs is issued, so the pharmacy just prints what is waiting; the count chips show what is still unprinted before the patient leaves
How
- 1Open Drug labels — it opens on today, tab From invoice (the number is how many labels)
- 2Tap the Label to print chip to see only unprinted labels — for prescriptions tap Prescription to print
- 3Filter by doctor in Doctor (mobile: press Filter first) · for earlier days change the Date range
- 4For one patient: type the invoice no., HN or patient name in the search box and press Enter
- 5Tick the rows to print — the header box selects the whole page; move pages and keep ticking, earlier picks stay
- 6Press Print label n items in the bottom bar (or Print prescription)Print window
- 7Print type: choose Label · Label 2 (all drugs on one label) · Prescription
- 8Choose Thai or English
- 9Press Print — once it succeeds the row shows Printed and leaves the waiting chip
- 10One at a time: press Print at the row end and pick Label · Label 2 · PrescriptionPrint menu
Tips
- Printed is set only after printing succeeds; close the print window early and the row stays in waiting
- Can’t find an earlier day’s label? Change the date range — the page always opens on today
- To fix a drug’s directions: press the arrow (Show drugs) at the row end, then Edit directions — it changes only that line on this label, not the product’s default
Done when: Today’s "Waiting for label" chip shows 0
